Refunds and Returns Policy

Welcome to JDM Financial Solution! We strive to provide you with high-quality digital products and coaching services to help you achieve your financial goals. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Digital Products:
- Refunds & Returns: Since our digital products are non-tangible, returns are not applicable. However, if you encounter any technical issues or difficulties accessing the product, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Coaching Services:
- Refunds: Coaching services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Returns: Returns are not applicable for coaching services as they are personalized and tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
The contract may be cancelled by providing an Early Dismissal form which you can request from your coach. Within Reach requires at least a 30-day notice before the next billing month. If you do not submit your Early Dismissal form within 30 days of your next billing month, you agree to pay the amount due that month.
If you paid your term in full up front, you are required to provide a 30-day cancellation notice as stated above. Within Reach is not required to refund Early Dismissals initiated by the client. Contract timeframes cannot be broken early.
An early dismissal form must be completed and returned back to your coach for the cancellation to be in effect. Without the early dismissal form completed, your coaches committment will continue until further notice. Coaching materials and communication with continue until last effective date.
Payment Policy:
If payment is not received within 48 hours of payment due date, there will be a $20 fee. In addition, no further coaching materials will be received until account is paid in full.
General Conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the request does not meet the outlined conditions or if there is evidence of misuse or abuse.
Disclaimer:
The coach is not liable for any damages incurred as a result of doing business. The coach is not liable to user or any other party for any damages, or costs, of any character including but not limited to direct or indirect, consequential, special, incidental or other costs or damages
